Yes — the day kicks off with breakfast and coffee, lunch is provided, and drinks flow through the happy hour and before things roll into the after party. Dietary restrictions? Flag them on your ticketing checkout page and we've got you.
Plans change — we get it. Here's how refunds and transfers work. All timeframes are counted back from the date of the event you're registered for.
• 60+ days before the event — full refund, less a $25 processing fee.
• 30–60 days before the event — 50% refund.
• Fewer than 30 days before the event — no refund.
If you can't attend but don't want to lose your spot, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend right up until 7 days before the event. Transfers stay available even after the refund window has closed — so if you're inside 30 days and no longer eligible for a refund, transferring your ticket is the way to make it count. Just email us with your order number and the new attendee's name and email, and we'll take care of the rest.
Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows. If you don't attend and didn't request a refund or transfer within the windows above, the ticket can't be refunded.
